Here is the video of my MSNBC appearance this afternoon with co-panelis Margie Omero, anchor Tamron Hall and a special appearance by…wait for it…Chris Matthews.
Margie makes a point at the end in response to my comment that if all the leaders of the GOP were on stage in Alexandria this weekend, not everyone would have had a chance to talk. The point is simple: the GOP doesn’t require a single leader. It is a strong party because there are so many different viewpoints and leaders. You can’t put 30 people on stage and expect a dialogue to happen. So the notion that it was a slam at a particular person to not invite them to the townhall event in VA is bogus.
